Mentoring

E4E mentors provide direct one-to-one support to a young person in secondary school education. The mentor offers a range of support and positive challenges and enables the student to widen their experience, knowledge and skills thorough a programme of bespoke sessions. Discussions could range from engagement and attainment or transition between schools, exam preparation to interview techniques and careers information and advice.

Becoming a Mentor

Over 60 volunteers have become E4E mentors and we are always looking for more! This is a unique and wonderful opportunity to give 1-2-1 support to a young person in secondary school and change their life forever.
