Mentoring

E4E mentors provide direct one-to-one support to a young person in secondary school education. The mentor offers a range of support and positive challenges and enables the student to widen their experience, knowledge and skills through a programme of bespoke sessions. Discussions could range from engagement and attainment, transition between schools, exam preparation and interview techniques alongside careers information and advice. Our programmes typically offer 6 one hour sessions either face-to-face or via MS Teams.
